Ms. Xia Chen received her Bachelor of Law from Southwest University of Political Science and Law. She started her legal career in Beijing, China in 2004 after she completed her graduate study in civil and commercial law from the Law School of Renmin University of China. She worked as an attorney in Beijing. In the first few years, her practice was focused on commercial litigation. She has successfully represented corporate clients for their commercial disputes in different levels of Chinese courts, including in the Supreme Court of China. Then, she developed her career in corporate law and securities transactions and successfully served business clients in IPO projects, private placement and M & A transactions. She also served as legal counsel to several State-owned financial enterprises.
Xia came to the United States in 2009 to study American law at the University of Michigan Law School. Based on her study at Michigan law school, she was selected as an intern by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) in Washington, D.C.. During the one year program, she worked with SEC staff attorneys and accountants on reviewing listed companies’ financial statements, M&A transaction documentation and other disclosures as well as investigating various securities law violations.
Xia started her practice in immigration law in a boutique law firm in New York City. Since then, she has accumulated significant experience in the area of non-immigrant visas (H1-B, L-1, O-1, etc.), family-based immigration as well as employment-based immigration such as EB-1a, EB-1c, NIW, EB-2/3 PERM and EB-5. She participated in pro bona services organized by New York City Lawyers’ Association and volunteered at New York County Court and Kings County Court to provide free legal assistance. Moreover, she gave Seminars to students in several well-known universities such as Harvard, Yale and MIT. She provided legal support to many foreign entrepreneurs to expand business in the US and helped many foreign students to start business in the US.

Mr. Martin Druyan graduated from one of the world famous law schools, Fordham University Law School in 1977. Anthony "Tony" Scordo is an attorney with over 30 years of experience getting results for clients. He attended the United States Merchant Marine Academy and is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame undergraduate and law school, Tony began his law career clerking for an Appellate Division Judge and then the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office in the criminal appeals section. He also earned a Master in Environmental Law at Pace University while working full-time. Tony quickly rose on the ladder and became a Senior Associate with a large insurance defense firm in North Jersey. Tony has worked in various law areas such as criminal, municipal, government litigation, civil, toxic torts, civil rights defense, defense of charitable organizations, and environmental and much more. Mr. Jingcong Wu has a unique background in both law and accounting. Before practicing law, he has been a licensed CPA for many years, conducting financial ratios and non-financial information analysis and identifying major risks for development of the audit planning; auditing various areas including balance sheet and income/expense accounts, securities investment portfolios, legal expenses, realized and unrealized gains and losses, interest and dividend income, related party transactions and unrecorded liabilities. After graduating from the City University of New York Law School, Mr. Wu utilized his combined specialties in law and accounting to serve clients in company law, tax law and real estate law, etc..
